Start with Milk Moon
Choose Milk Moon for a wide ribbon and gentle curves. Steer Dot toward letters while keeping clear of pink rocks and gaps. Collected mail unloads automatically when you reach a postbox.
Each of the three routes has three postboxes and a finish. Milk Moon, Tangerine Belt and Velvet Tide are all available from the beginning. Rocks use up shields; falling from the ribbon ends a normal run.
Steer continuously and slow a tight approach
| Action | Control |
|---|---|
| Steer left or right | Left/Right arrow keys or A/D; use the direction buttons on a touchscreen. |
| Slow approach | Hold Space or the focus button. Release to let its battery recharge. |
| Pause | Escape, P, or the game’s pause button. |
Scroll across the table if any columns are off screen.
Choose a route, a daily dispatch, or practice
A route finish earns a star. Reach its delivered-mail target for a second; finish with that target and no rock hits for the third. Milk Moon asks for 24 letters, Tangerine Belt 32 and Velvet Tide 40.
Daily Dispatch uses the UTC date when you select it. The Long Way Home keeps extending with postboxes along the way. Practice slows a chosen route, shows a guide and rescues falls; its results do not update scored records.
The outer rail is faster and recharges the focus battery, but leaves less room for a correction. Let go of an exhausted focus button before using it again.
Keep the records, restart the run
Route stars, completed daily records, terminal endless scores and preferences save locally in this browser. An active run is not saved, and leaving an unfinished endless run does not bank its score.
Returning from a pause offers Continue and a short countdown. Exit or reload closes the current route. Use the same browser and site for stored records, and follow any storage warning before leaving.
Dot’s own delivery routes
Dot, the worlds, route rules, artwork and sounds were made for Comet Courier. Two drawing structures adapt ttxxjj’s fixed MIT canvas prototype; the game’s steering, delivery rules and storage are separate implementations.
